Finally fixes the Social Anxiety quirk (and adds mood change!)

About The Pull Request

The social anxiety trait was not processing correctly, so i went in and fixed it. On top of that, I added some fun mood events to make it more fun/realistic.

Why It's Good For The Game

Fixes social anxiety being a free trait, makes it more interesting, closes #7145
