I have to agree with Ike, there's nothing explicitly wrong with it, but it serves no greater purpose and introduces no meaningful content to the game which will lead it to likely being a bloat item that won't be used. All interactions with this item involve getting it from a vending machine and then using it; unlike other food content it doesn't create interactions with the chef as they can't produce this and it doesn't create interactions for the user.
