adds in a midround zombie outbreak event
About The Pull Request
adds in a new midround event with the same weight as xenos and blobs. a minimum population of 30 crew is required for the event to be triggered.
1/10th of the living station crew, so anywhere between 3 and 5 people, randomly grow a deadly zombie tumor. it then becomes a race against time to get rid of the tumor before the infected turn into zombies. it can occur once per round maximum.
also changes the related wizard event's name to avoid confusion.
Why It's Good For The Game
this adds greater variety in terms of midround conflict and a much-needed alternative to xenomorph infestations. should add some more spice to highpop rounds.

Its not going to work very well with how zombie infection works currently. It does not work like a disease/virus where person is guaranteed to turn after certain period of time but rather it slowly deals toxin damage to a person and they only turn once they die from any source. This means not only its trivial to prevent a person from turning into zombie(charcoal) but them taking toxin damage means they will either go to medbay willingly once they notice the symptoms or in case of oblivious new players will be taken there once they pass out(but before they die and turn in most cases). This means in reality only players intentionally hiding their illness(wanting to become zombies) have any chance of turning into zombies. Im sure you can see how this is going to be very interesting with our existing rules

Maybe since this is the special midround outbeak the infection (toxin damage) could be speed up? So it wouldn't be countered by charcoal or other anti-toxin
Or another alternative would be to make them an antagonist the moment they get infected, a flavor text that could go ''You were a sleeper Syndicate agent who accepted to test a bioweapon in NT ss13 facility, you must make sure to spread the infection and become patient zero''
If medical is competent and can successfully diagnose a zombie tumor when someone comes in, why shouldn't they be able to heal the patient? Because the event infects at least 3 people, it's still very likely for one of those three to turn if medbay is busy with other patients. If this were a ghost role, then I would understand making it a lot harder to prevent zombification, but because this roll can randomly force itself on active players who could be enjoying the round in some other aspect such as being an antag, as from what I can tell this event does not check if the patient zeros are antags or not, there definitely should be counterplay to being pick.
Maybe the event should spawn an already infected zombie in space (wearing an EVA suit) or in maint.
Midround zombie is actually already rarely possible through limb swapper anomaly, happened to me earlier today and I got turned into an infectious zombie from it.

That would be something interesting! A random maint zombie would be perfect to start the infection, though... it would suffer from the same pain Xenos/Blob have: ''ZOMBIE MAINT HELP'' Which would lead to a quick run to medbay, tumor extracted and the zombie rushed to get killed..
I'm more of a fan of making it like OBSESSED, you get the funny flavor text and you can kinda ''prepare'' maybe since it's a ''patient zero'' you could transform the player into a zombie after certain time passes instead of forcing the patient/s zero/s to die first from toxin damage to be reborn, that way at least it's a little better and would counter any ; ZOMBIE MAINT HELP, unless the we go for the route of having 2-3 zombies in maint instead of 1 which might give a chance for more infection spread
ofc they would need an id with maint access 8)

If we go with the route i'm suggesting it should be a toggleable option same as BE OBSESSED, BE IMAGINARY FRIEND and i guess yeah makes me wonder if obsessed has a check to prevent selecting a player which is antag already, would be easy to copy that format and applying it here, and if not.. yeah just use the ghost people pool same as xenos/blob/etc

lmao, that anomaly also gives ling arms, it's certainly chaotic on it's own way
Counter argument to the person harping about someone willingly turning into a zombie; You don't IC know what you're Ill with. Reacting to a situation with meta knowledge is just as rule breaking as intentionally not doing it.
I like this PR and I look forward to seeing zombies more often than xenos.

Well yeah thats the point. Bee players break the rules constantly, but we can do the very least to at least not make it super easy for them.
The server rules keep getting broken because they are bad and contradict the intended experience and often get in the way of proper roleplay and fun in general. We can argue about the shitty rules and the shitty bee community that wants a roleplay server but then don't attempt roleplay till the last star in the sky burns out and none of that would have changed how things are.
I like this PR because it's something a lot of people wanted including myself. It'll be refreshing to have something else than xenos destroying the station for once and I feel giving the player some kind of choice on how his character would handle it gives some opportunity for good roleplay.
