Extend Lobby Time

About The Pull Request

Changes the lobby time to 450 300 seconds.

Why It's Good For The Game

If you crash you can rejoin in time to ready up and dont miss round start. Small breaks between rounds are good for You, go get some water and drink it. Did I mention more time for admins to play music to chill to? 7.5 minutes is insane, especially since the majority of players simply need to join and press "ready". Anything over like 4 minutes I think will be way too long by itself. A more dynamic solution that starts high but speeds up as players from the previous round rejoin could be acceptable.

it requires at least 5 mins to make a cup of tea, I like 7.5mins, hell you could just talk about the last round a little longer if you'd like, or do a few pushups

I disagree, it would encourage You to stay near PC since the timer is dynamic. This tweak is made to encourage people to chill and take a break, usual round lasts around 1h30-2 hours, so 7.5 is not really that big. People already in could notify their friends that the round is about to start and they will have time to prep for it. I also have a theory - longer lobby time will encourage people to ready up instead of joining after the roundstart.

As much as I respect that some players may want a quick break between rounds, I don't want new players who just joined to wait 7.5 minutes before the round can start, especially since previous round has upwards of 2 minutes from end to a point where it starts counting down. I've had situations in the past where I've thought the round timer was long, although it did used to be longer I think (and this was before it was reduced).
