Describe the bug

When I clicked and dragged someone onto a noose as an intellicarded ai while in their pocket, I noticed I could hang them.

What did you expect?

I expected to not be able to do this. (Was extremely funny, but probably not intended)

Reproducible steps

1. Get carded as AI
2. Have the person carrying you stand in the square of a noose & chair.
3. Click and drag your captor into the noose
4. Laugh uproariously

I believe any mob is capable of doing mouse drag, and hanging people is just a result of it.
