Telecrystal unable to be used to reseach Illegal tech after being ejected out of destructive analyzer.

Steps to reproduce,

1. put crytstal into destructive analyzer
2. eject crystal
3. put it back in and check the R&d console

It does, but it looks the flag is removed by material stack code by making itself new item, but ILLEGAL flag is given by when an item is made from uplink. Telecrystal is, honestly, fine to have that flag directly.
