i found an issue of jei : https://github.com/mezz/JustEnoughItems/issues/1526 and a workaround for 1.15 (havent test it yet) https://github.com/Theta-Dev/JustEnoughItems/releases/tag/v7.1.3_withConfigGUI and yes, there is no jei config anywhere 🤕
