W16_17_18_23_Bag.java Equal() method.

In C1_Fundamentals/P3_BagQueueStack/W16_17_18_23_Bag.java in the Equal() method there is a small problem. If 'bag' includes an ellement 'i' less times that 'this' does, it will still return 'true'.
