Reason has been found. Rounded window corners is the cause. I have seen other app having the same issue with it.
Enable compact mode in dash to dock settings.
Sorry I don't know the exact name but can you try reducing the icon size a little if it helps?
Uh I see... What's your display scaling and does your dock look like this only when you use this particular theme?
Also did you use the tweaks.sh to install the dash to dock theme?
Please try adding -d while running the tweaks.sh without running it two times like you did in the scripts. Or try running tweaks.sh with only -d first.
Is "Use build in theme" turned off in dtd settings?
Then last thing would be to try reinstalling the extension or installing dash to dock lite.
I ain't any programmer and I don't know anything about how extensions work. As far as I know the "fix" fixes the (square) rounded corners when using Blur My Shell....
Also this issue should be addressed by vinceluice.
