add rst files in `pydoc/usage` to the list in `pdyoc/usage.rst`

I noticed some of the rst files in pydoc/usage are not included in pydoc/usage.rst, so I think these aren't being included in the docs. We should look into this and figure out which ones should be added or a good reason why they shouldn't be added
