C/C++ Extension - Edit Configurations UI not fully themed.

Issue

The Edit Configurations UI window is not fully themed with some of the themes I'm using. Specifically Bearded Theme.

Recreate Steps

1. Enable Microsoft C++ and Bearded Theme extensions.
2. Set theme to Bearded Theme (doesn't matter which one, but I'm using Monokai Terra).
3. Open the C++ Edit Configurations UI window
4. The configuration name text is ghosted/doubled and the compiler dropdown menu is white and unthemed.

When submitting this issue I noticed this one too:
