Add an option to use a second input as a media file stream

One of the most common uses of TeamTalk I see is people streaming music and other continuous audio to the channel for others to listen to. This usually requires a rather convoluted process of setting up virtual audio cables, then making sure the microphone signal is mixed with the cable audio. TeamTalk has the stream media file option, but this doesn't cover all uses (IE streaming audio from a video or other external app)

So, I think there should be an option, either in the stream media file dialog or separately, perhaps configured on the sound system page of preferences and toggled from the menus, to select a second input device that would be transmited to the channel using the media stream. This would cut down on the number of needed repeaters since TeamTalk would mix the microphone and streaming audio for you, and it would allow people to adjust the volume of the 2 streams on their end as they wish or unsubscribe from the media stream all together.

This is a really simple but smart idea that I don't think anyone has considered before--certainly not me. If something like this is possible, I would use it for sure.
