Need more louder sound in bluetooth speaker on android in HSP bluetooth profile

If I use Bluetooth microphone in Teamtalk, Bluetooth speaker makes all sounds very quiet. If I make usual GSM call or whatsapp, Viber, ETC, loudness is normal on same speaker.
