TeamTalk 5.18 and newer won't run on macOS Sequoia and newer when VoiceOver is enabled.

Description

Attempting to run TeamTalk 5.18 or newer in macOS results in VoiceOver constantly reporting that the application is not responding. It's impossible to quit without using the Force Quit dialog. This issue persists with TeamTalk 5.20.0.5173. I'm not sure if this is a VoiceOver specific problem or a general issue.

Application

  • [x] qtTeamTalk
  • [ ] TeamTalkAndroid
  • [ ] iTeamTalk
  • [ ] TeamTalkClassic
  • [ ] TeamTalkServer

Platform

  • [ ] Windows
  • [x] macOS
  • [ ] Android
  • [ ] iOS
  • [ ] Linux

Expected behavior

The program should run normally and VoiceOver should interact with it in the same way it did in 5.17 and older.

Actual behavior

VoiceOver constantly reports that TeamTalk 5 is not responding and/or has no windows.

Steps to reproduce problem

Turn on VoiceOver and run the Team Talk client on macOS. Observe the application is completely unusable.

For me, the issue was resolved after force-closing and restarting the app. Try this method until the problem is fixed.

Hi, the issue can be reproduced 100% of the time if you delete your configuration from the ~/.config/BearWare.dk folder, but force closing doesn't seem to be helping here. I helped someone troubleshoot this where force closing didn't help and the only way we were able to get his TeamTalk to work was I sent him my .ini file with all personal information stripped out.
