linux: mono channel with pulse, sound on left only

Description

on linux, since pulseaudio was added to teamtalk, if you choose to use pulseaudio in the preferences, and switch to a mono channel, you hear only on the left side. instead of on both sides. the problem doesn't arise if you choose alsa.
