All Audio Output will Play on earpiece Each Time Launch TeamTalk

Description

Even I already turn off the "Speaker Output, Use iPhone's speaker instead of earpiece", the audio output will play on earpiece each time I launch TeamTalk. I'm currently using iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 13.5.1 with iTeamTalk version 5.13 Build 2 library version 5.13.0.5114.

Expected behavior

All audio output should not play on earpiece each time launch TeamTalk if the "Speaker Output" switch is turned off.

Actual behavior

All audio output is play on earpiece each time launch TeamTalk even the "Speaker Output" is turned off.

Steps to reproduce problem

1. Go to home with the TeamTalk running.
2. Connect to any server.
3. Go to preferences and open the "Setup Sound Devices, Choose input and output devices".
