MAC OS Ventura 13.0.1 video does not initializes.

Description

I am unable to the MAC built in camera to work in TeamTalk 5.11. Screenshot 2022-11-22 at 5 29 13 PM

Expected behavior

Video to work when selecting the built in camera and running Test selected.

Actual behavior

Failed to initialize video device.

Steps to reproduce problem

Select Preferences. Select Video Capture. Video Capture device set to FaceTime HD Camera (Built-in) Video resolution set to any selection. Image format set to any selection. Codec only selection WebM VP8. Bitrate 256. Select Test Selected. Error popup observed.
