Is this new to TeamTalk v5.11 or it was the case already?

I've just tested with TeamTalk 5.9 and I have the same bug. This last test allowed me to precise the bug: it only occurs if the voice activation level is set to 0 to not interrupt the voice when I don't speak. So I enable voice activation, I talk and when I disable it the microphone is off but I have no output sound.
