DAO web app & mobile

At the moment if we open web url for DAO http://beamx.beam.mw in mobile browser an empty screen is displayed

Need to add the follwoing text in this case:

"Beam staking is coming to mobile wallet soon. Please download the latest wallet and watch for updates."

And add links to the apple & android apps.
