Allow wallet restoration from own node

Feature title Current node selection screen upon wallet restoration from seed is confusing, and could be improved for advanced users.

Describe the current situation we have Currently when restoring a wallet from seed, the Windows wallet (4.1.6978 on Win10) does not allow restoration from my own node, despite displaying a screen to select a node. This created confusion as I didn't know/understand why this screen was giving me options that I couldn't choose.

Describe the solution you'd like Those of us who run advanced setups would appreciate the (more secure, faster, and less-data utilization) option of connecting to our own node for wallet restoration. It would also mitigate problems of wallet balance mismatch from running the same seed on multiple wallets by connecting to the same node from the beginning.

Since I'm going to switch to my own node as soon as blockchain synchronization is complete, syncing to my own node from the beginning would have been preferable and comes with several benefits: there would be significant time savings syncing from my local network, it would consume less internet data from my internet service provider, and it is potentially more secure/private connecting to my own node from the beginning.

If the goal is to make it easier for the average user, a selection on the screen: Typical (Recommended) restoration, or "Advanced" restoration which only shows the node options (with warnings if necessary) would be my preferred solution.

Describe alternatives you've considered (if relevant) One potential (less desirable) solution is to not display this particular screen for wallet restoration, or to give appropriate information on this screen saying for restorations from seed, only integrated node is available.

Additional context Screenshot for context. This is displayed, but none of the options aside from integrated node can be clicked on. I was confused, as connecting to my own node would have been my preferred way of syncing.

I'm surprised that I can't restore on my PC from seed using a connection to a node on my LAN???

How are we intended to restore from seed phrase? I have a node on a box, and want to check my saved wallet from my PC via my node on LAN.
