Linux - Several versions to launch the wallet after installing the new version

When we install a new version of the wallet, several versions are shown in the applications We need to discuss a solution to this problem

I've checked the issue and it appears that this is intended behavior of appimage launcher (to keep multiple versions) and it cannot be changed easily. Let's move this to the next version.
