[BUG] Atomic Swaps Do Not Show in Active/My Offers

Bug title After successfully creating an atomic swap LTC <> BEAM, the offer shows in Transactions as Wating for counterpaty but the swap does not show across the network in Active Offers nor in My Offers

Bug description After successfully creating an atomic swap LTC <> BEAM, the offer shows in Transactions as Wating for counterpaty but the swap does not show across the network in Active Offers nor in My Offers

The TOKEN ID does register when another wallet uses it directly to accept the offer. But the offers are not listed.

To Reproduce Create and Atomic Swap offer

Current behaviour Not showing in either of the offer categories

Expected behaviour To show network wide for everyone/anyone to accept the Atomic Swap

Platform and build Mac OS X Intel BEAM 7.5.x
