Provide the Installer.exe as a direct download instead of a .zip

To provide a more seamless installation process of the Launcher, I'd like to ask for the Installer to be downloaded directly instead of being packed as a .zip. I assume this is possible as the Server download is also provided in form of a .exe instead of a .zip as it was in the past.
