Differentiate HTML <TITLE>s

Here we observe browser tab names all looking the same, despite one being the homepage, the other being Search by Location results.

That's because each page's HTML <TITLE> is the same.

P.S., when you implement this, I would do <title>Search by Location - BeWelcome</title>, or even <title>Location - BeWelcome</title> not <title>BeWelcome - Search by Location</title> because the stuff on the right gets covered up first when the tabs become many.

@jidanni A lot of the pages do have a title and use the approach you mention. Unfortunately not all.
