Import a Strapi Export where files were excluded deletes all files on the cloud storage

You were lucky. We were not as fortunate where the images were re-uploaded

pnpm install -D removes dependency that is in devDependencies and dependencies

Any update on this issue? I've noticed some oddities using pnpm the past few weeks and reverted back to using npm and have not had any issues.
