Demo no longer works due to web3 dependency

It looks like this https://metamask.github.io/test-dapp/ has different code than the current master branch. In particular, the master branch requires web3 which has been removed in metamask, so the demo doesn't properly run anymore.

I've been ridiculously busy. I'll be talking to some peeps over at MetaMask and see if I can transfer ownership so this tutorial can get some T.L.C.(Tender Love and Care) or pivot to something they might be working that'll be better suited🙂.
