Upgrade to TailwindCSS v4

Request to upgrade the project dependency to TailwindCSS v4 to ensure compatibility, leverage new features, and improve performance.

In time my friend.

They just tagged v4 for tailwindcss. UI Thing uses the nuxtjs/tailwindcss module so I will have to see whats happening over there first.

In addition, I will have to go through all the different changes in the tailwind update before making the jump.
