rework item adding

Structure__Item::modified with values 0,1 and 2 is really ugly. This should
get a better fix, with it's own flag or some detection whether the item is
in RDF.

This actually works pretty good. Bumping milestone release.

What I judge much more ugly is that the changes are already done in the service 
and
need to be reverted when the cancel button is pressed.

If this is about fixing the fact that any custom changes to a search engine's 
Properties page disappears, then YES, please fix this!!
