[Bug] "No Headshots" attribute does not seem to have an effect

Description

"No Headshots" attribute does not work at all when applied on a weapon. However it is still displayed in the /ff2weapons menu.

Environment

  • OS: Linux
  • SourceMod 1.13.0.7202
  • Freak Fortress 1.2.209
