Prebuilt development binary locks up on macOS 12.3.1

The prebuilt development binary (0.3.0) available for download does not run. It opens, shows just the SigDigger menu next to the Apple menu, then locks up with the spinning beach ball.

I am enclosing a spindump and process sample taken during the app's freezing/lockup. I am also enclosing a SigDigger-specific cpu_resource log from the system from the same time.
