Feature: scanning of selected area with switching to detected strong signal

Hi,

it will be nice if will be possible to select frequency range to scan and switching to strong signal if detected (with squelch setting support). For example when we have freq ranges for amateurs radios, but the traffic is low, so we do not need to look into histogram for strong signals and just run scanner which will automatically switch to detected channel with voice.

Ideally combined with the "exclude frequency range" feature.
