how to run this project ?have paper?

Have a look at appendix C.1 for the setup (https://github.com/BastusIII/osmo-mitm/blob/master/masterthesis_stumpf_gsm_mitm_attack.pdf). I hope it helps, but as you see the last commit is 6 months ago, it might no longer work exactly like that.
