[ENHANCEMENT] Template hook to add attributes to jail.conf file.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some jails require attributes to be adjusted (ie. for mounting fusefs) and it would be nice to be able to have the file edit automated with a template hook.

Describe the solution you'd like A new template hook similar to SYSRC or maybe extra command line arguments on bastille create.

Describe alternatives you've considered I'm currently using Ansible to do the edit, but it would be nice to have this feature more native. Plus, I hate the fact that Ansible doesn't produce console output in real-time until the command completes execution.
