[ENHANCEMENT]per jail dataset options settings at jail creation time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

NO

Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to set per jail zfs dataset options at creation time . E.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL have better performances on ZFS with some dataset tunning, hence being able to pass ZFS dataset options like atime=off, compression=lz4, logbias=throughput, primarycache=metadata, recordsize=16k , xattr=sa etc. would be great. and would help the templating, provisionning process.

I may be wrong but AFAIK there is no ZFS jail delegation available with bastille , so one can not create a dataset inside a jail to do so afterwards. And in bastille.conf the zfs options settings are globlal IIRC .

Describe alternatives you've considered

One can create from the host an additionnal dataset with those options and set the mount point inside the jail.

Additional context

I'm sure you get the point :)
