changed version number to currently supported versions which are 12.2 and 13.0

Thank you for submitting this update. These changes are replacing the Bastille version with the FreeBSD version. My mistake for not clarifying the difference. In this case let's leave these as they were.

To clarify the versions, let's replace mentions of "11.x-release" (FreeBSD version) with the newer "13.0-release".
