Take a look at https://github.com/koreader/koreader It claims to have support for:

  • [ ] CHM (Microsoft Compiled HTML Help)
  • [ ] DOC (Windows Document Format)
  • [ ] CBT (Tarball Comic Book Format)

Would it be possible to support them as well?

I believe so. But there would have to be at least a little demand for it. I really haven't run into a lot of CHM / CBT files lately.
