[BUG] Repo name color contrast on Github issue finder

Description

On Lightmode, the color contrast of the repo name in the Github issue finder page is not as good as in dark mode.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to the GitHub issue finder
• Switch to Light mode if you're on dark mode
• View the issue cards
