This is the breaking change from 1.0.2 to 2.0.0, see the note: [2.0.0] - 2023-09-25 Blurhash dependency, see [in the readme](https://pub.dev/packages/octo_image#blurhash) how to keep using blurhash.

as @fullflash pointed out documentation is outdated. To use the example from the Readme, flutter_blurhash has to be installed manually https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_blurhash
