MaterialButton.IsEnabled="False" does not put button into a disabled state on android

🐛 Bug Report

When setting the IsEnabled property in XAML for a MaterialButton to false the button is still enabled.

Expected behavior

The button should be disabled.

Reproduction steps

<material:MaterialButton
                Text="Button"
                IsEnabled="False" />

Configuration

Tested on Android 10.0

Version: 1.7.4
