Possible to add an option to TextField to not show the soft keyboard?

I don't want to show keyboard for a particular TextField but unable to do so, Tried using this plugin https://github.com/masonyc/Xamarin.KeyboardHelper It is perfectly working for normal entry but not with MaterialTextField, see if something can be done, it will be really help full.
