animation not showing on UWP

🐛 Bug Report

Animation is not showing up on UWP, when build minimum version is lower than 17763. This already has been mentioned in https://github.com/Baseflow/LottieXamarin/issues/255#issuecomment-626795512

Expected behavior

The animation should start, no matter what minimum version is selected.

Reproduction steps

Add package version 4.0.10 to your shared project. Add a lottie-file as embedded resource. Change your UWP build target to target version 18362 and minimum version to 16299. Start the app. The animation doesn't play.

Change minimum version to 17763. Restart the app. the animation plays.
