Prompt for all permissions at once, retry 3 times (it seems there was some retry logic already).

@Bentlybro There's some overlap with https://github.com/BasedHardware/Friend/pull/93 - which shows some additional dialogs when permissions are denied. Maybe we could combine? Would you want to pull some of these changes into yours?

hey @jhsu should we combine these together? i think it will be good, i just need to make it so the location permissions is not added for iphone as its not needed
