Fix notifications on desktop

for some reason i can't see notifications from apps on my desktop

pls fix

@beastoin doesn't work very well

• [ ] for old users: none had notifications enabled (because omi didn't request it before) - can we re-request it?
• [ ] i've been listening to a podcast for 20+ minutes and received only 1 notification, while on mobile i'd get 5+ from omi mentor, github and etc...

Update: 4 minutes later git a notification from github so it works, only mentor app doesn't work
