Omi2 OTA updates

Objective: New device firmware update should be seamlessly.

Key results:

• Add support OTA update to the new firmware omi2 - https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/tree/main/omi/firmware/firmware/omi2
• The new firmware version should be decieced by the backend https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/blob/main/backend/routers/firmware.py , done https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/pull/2228

fyi we need the ota updates to be supported on the app side asap. the backend've already supports it.
