Multiple languages in one

• [ ] users need an ability to specify multiple languages so that AI would understand/transcribe even if language changes. Check how Bee.computer does it - works pretty well
• [ ] remove "solo language" option from home screen (or just modify it right inside of the list, like you can multi-select)

@beastoin We need to enable multi-language asap and it's a high priority. If Deepgram still can't do it, let's use soniox

Soniox is much cheaper than deepgram and supports 50+ languages. Let's try to use their latest model in parallel

FYI - Talking to developers in Taipei and they are asking about this feature. Sounds like we need to:

1. Switch to Soniox
2. Connect the UI to the API
3. Get some multi-lingual people to test a few languages (Chinese, Spanish, etc)
