OMI DK2 Doesn't Charge to 100% (Stops at 94-96%)
Describe the bug
OMI never charges to 100%—it always stops at 95% and does not go beyond that, even if left plugged in for an extended period.
To Reproduce
- Plug in OMI for charging.
- Monitor the battery percentage as it charges.
- Observe that charging stops at 95% and does not reach 100%.
Current behavior
- Charging always stops at 95%, preventing a full charge.
Expected behavior
- OMI should charge to 100% unless there's an intentional design limitation.

@beastoin since you have Power Profiler Kit (https://github.com/BasedHardware/omi/issues/2130#issuecomment-2774460114), may I ask you to measure max battery voltage at the charged state?
Many devices intentionally stop charging at 95-98% to extend battery life. so I want to calibrate to show 100% in the app when it reach maximum level.

Many devices intentionally stop charging at 95-98% to extend battery life. So I belive this is the case, so I fix it in minor firmware update there
