CUERipper rewritten with Avalonia UI

Had to give this CueRipper Avalonia UI Edition (v2.2.6b) a try....... Looks nice and works fine (if you dont use really new albums. Metadata and album covers didn't get downloaded)...

[x64] FFmpeg / master-0001-Add-ability-for-ffmpeg-to-run-svt-vp9.patch / Patch could not be applied with `git am`.

Get rid of it then. No need to keep something that ain't developed/maintained any longer
