Instead of crashing, make JEMMEX quit with a simple text message when CPU is unsupported.

Hi, Could you please add at the start of JEMMEX, a 386+ CPU check? So that when the CPU is unsupported, JEMMEX just quits, indicating the error and not crashing the machine as it does right now on for example an 8086 system.
