You also need to make sure you applied the patches for: PacketHandler.js in the /src folder ChatMessage.js in the /src/packet folder UpdateLeaderboard.js in the /src/packet folder

Nevermind if you're using the latest version. As @ItzLevvie mentioned, logout of the agar.io account that you use to play. You have to do it at agar.io then go to your server link. Don't try to logout from your server address.
