If you have a router, set up a port forwarding rule on it.

Afterwards, you'll need to find your external IP address and attach the game server port to it.

@KasuYT or use Cloud9, Codeanywhere (Not so good - players are have same ip.), Nitrous.io, DigitalOcean... and more...
